Yoga, massage and movement: a constellation of practices.

For me, yoga and massage are intimately connected — it’s a holistic experience that touches the body, the senses, and the soul.

My love for these practices began long before I was aware of it. As a curious child, I could spend entire days outdoors, in silent communion with nature, captivated by its beauty. I still remember capturing those moments with a disposable Kodak camera.

In 2002, my sensitivity to touch and taste led me to study cooking and catering. I discovered the healing power of hands — first through nourishing food, then later through therapeutic touch.

Everything aligned when I trained in Tui Na energetic massage in 2021. That journey transformed how I see the body and the vital energy it holds.

Movement has always been part of me. From soccer and basketball to skateboarding and kung fu, sport has been my life thread. In 2019, I found a natural progression into yoga, and since 2020, I’ve been coaching women and men, adapting my teaching to their physical needs.

After going through a period of depression, yoga helped me reconnect with my emotions and simply live again — with presence and peace.

Today, I’m committed to making yoga accessible to all. My workshops help people — women, men, and youth — reconnect with themselves, soothe physical and emotional tensions, and move toward a more balanced, fulfilling life.

Ultimately, what matters most to me is this: meeting the body in all its dimensions, and sharing well-being with kindness and presence.

MASSAGE TUINA

An energizing bodywork rooted in traditional Chinese medicine.

This massage helps release physical and emotional blockages, bringing harmony to both body and mind.

Tui Na is one of the five pillars of traditional Chinese medicine, alongside acupuncture, herbal remedies, dietetics, and energetic practices like Qi Gong or Tai Chi.

Through specific pressures and manipulations, it stimulates blood and lymph circulation, revitalizes the body, and supports organ function.

It works on the Chi, our vital energy. When Chi flows freely, we feel more balanced, calm, and energized.

Tui Na relieves muscular tension, unties energetic knots, and offers lasting benefits.

It’s an effective support for many everyday imbalances linked to stress and modern lifestyles.

YOGA

Yoga as a path to balance.

I’ve been practicing yoga for several years now, and it has become a true pillar of my inner balance.

In 2020, I completed a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training to share the benefits of this practice with people seeking well-being.

This journey has been deeply transformative, and I’m honored to pass on what I’ve learned.

Through movement, breath, music, and especially my voice — my main tool for guided meditation — I help my students reconnect with their natural energy.

My classes are infused with lightness and humor, because it’s in joy and love that life reveals its most beautiful secrets.
